Organic waste
Examples of organic waste include green waste, food waste, food-soiled paper, non-hazardous wood waste, green waste, and landscape and pruning waste.
Commercial waste
Commercial waste consists of waste from premises used mainly for the purposes of a trade or business or for the purpose of sport, recreation, education or entertainment, but excluding household, agricultural or industrial waste.
Recycling
Glass, Cardboard, Paper, Cans, Plastics, Electronic waste, Food waste, Magazines, Plastic bottles, Plastic recycling, Boxes, Cereal boxes, Clothing, Metal, Newspapers, Tires, Bottles, Books, Cooldrink bottles, Batteries, Beer Bottle lids and much more can be recycled.
Domestic refuse & recycling collection
Domestic wastes include food waste, paper, glass, metals, plastics, textiles, etc. A large part of domestic wastes consists of plant and animal waste such as vegetables, fruit peel, bone and meat waste, and chicken and fish waste, which are considered as wet wastes.
Municipal drop-off collections
Metal4Life will come collect the bins once fulled and use it in their recycling process. Municipal Drop-off Points – Also know as transfer stations. This is where the public can drop of household and/or commercial waste. The municipal waste department will at a later stage take the waste to a landfill.
